Seeing the whole year changes how you plan it.
Calendar apps are great for the day to day, but they hide the big picture. A wall calendar shows all twelve months at a glance: deadlines, trips, holidays and free stretches. So we made one for the studio, and we're sharing it so you can use it too.
What you can download
- 2027 yearly calendar · 50×70 cm (PDF). Monday-to-Sunday weeks, months stepped in soft veils over a forest, large numbers and Argentine national holidays in italics. Print-ready, with 3 mm bleed. Labels are in Spanish.
- Task sticker sheet · A4 (PDF). 57 labels and 21 half labels, exactly one cell wide. Each end has a half-circle cut-out: stick two consecutive days and they meet to form a circle around the date.

How to print it
- Calendar: 200–250 gsm matte paper at 50×70. Tell your print shop the file includes 3 mm bleed on each side.
- Stickers: removable matte white vinyl, kiss cut along the magenta line in the file. Order two copies for the whole year.
- To write: a ballpoint or 0.4 mm fine liner on the stickers, and a white paint marker if you want to mark the poster itself.
How to use it
- One task, one sticker. Write it and stick it next to the number. If it moves, peel it off and move it.
- Fixed things first. Before the year starts, add what you already know: holidays, birthdays, due dates, big deliveries.
- Cross off the days. A thin line with a white marker. By December you'll see the whole year travelled.
- Leave room. Empty cells count too: they're your margin for the unplanned.
Three ideas so the year doesn't slip away
- Pick three goals, not ten. Write them on a sticker and place them on the first day of each quarter.
- Review once a month. On the last Friday of every month, look at the whole calendar and move what needs moving.
- Block time for what matters. If something doesn't have a day, it probably won't happen.
